Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. We provide multiple layers of protection before and after shipping products for both the buyer and the seller.
BUYER RETURN POLICY
Your products arrived shipped from different sellers depending on the products purchased. We take the time to verify and vet out the companies and individuals that sell on our marketplace. Once a distributor has been verified to sell on our website, they will follow the standard shipping procedures set in place to make sure your purchase is shipped safely and securely. The distributors that sell on our website will be removed from selling if they violate our policies set in place to protect the card buyers.
Cards purchased from our gallery come with our 3 day policy. You have 3 days from receiving the card to initiate a return.
Before initiating a return, please message email@example.com stating the reason for your return. We will open up a case with and reach out to the distributor that sold the cards so that they can communicate with you directly. All our individual cards come with clear images of front and back of the card. Please use these images as the description prior to purchase.
If a card purchased from gallery is returned, the distributor will inspect the card to confirm that the card is in the same condition as it was when it left the sellers facilities. Returns for Superfan Packs will be accepted if the pack is unopened. Once the sealed pack of cards is opened, we are unable to accept returns for any reason. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date, and initiated within 3 days of receiving the item. All returned items must be in original condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Items sent for return must be protected when shipped. We will not accept the return if the card comes back in a different condition than what appears on the photos of the website.
To return an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and mail your return according to the guidelines provided.
Please note, unless you are told otherwise, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
There are no returns on custom products.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Products that are damaged after they leave a distributors control.
- Superfan packs where the package has been opened
Our verified and vetted distributors follow strict guidelines for shipping so the cards will be protected and in the same condition from the pictures on our website. In the unlikely scenario, for products received defective or damaged, please contact us at email@example.com.
