Welcome to the frequently asked questions page regarding SuperFan Packs Investment Card Gallery. The card gallery is a place where you can browse high resolution photos of some of the coolest cards on the planet, and purchase them as a gift or for your own personal collection. Each verified and vetted card seller is offering their own cards for sale and will ship from their location.
How can I sort, browse, or filter cards in the gallery?
The default setting on at the gallery is by price. You have the option to filter down the cards based on different features as well. Features you can filter by, such as Auto, Patch, Insert, Parallel, Rookie Card, Graded etc. will be available on the left hand side of the screen as you shop. You can minimize the filter tab at any time or choose reset filters to have the page return to the default options. In addition to searching by price or filters, you can also simply search by player. Searching by player will allow you to browse all Gallery cards that are available of the particular player you would like to search. You can purchase these cards individually.
Do I have to buy packs to purchase these cards?
No, cards from the gallery are purchased individually. They will come separate from the packs protected in a sleeve and toploader, magnetic one touch case, or protective slab depending on the card purchased. You will receive the same card pictured in the photo. The pictures are considered the description, so please view closely.
Can I add gallery cards to my sealed pack that I purchased?
No. Packs are pre-sealed and we cannot add cards. Any added cards from the gallery will come separate from the pack.
How does it work when buying Gallery card/cards + pack of cards?
If you also purchased a pack of cards, the card/cards purchased from the gallery will be shipped in the same box as the pack, unless you request a separate box.
Why can I not find the sport I am looking for?
Please go back to superfanpacks.com/gallery and choose which sport you would like to view, or you can also achieve this by adjusting your filter settings.
What type of condition are these cards?
We provide high resolution photos to give you every ability to clearly check the condition of the card being purchased. We make no guarantees to the condition of the card. We try our best to offer great cards, and as with most cards that do not grade a perfect 10, many raw cards will have some type of minor imperfection. Some of the cards in the gallery will perhaps grade a Gem Mint 10, if you decide to get them graded, but please do not make this your expectation when purchasing these cards. We make no guarantees as to the condition. If there is a major flaw in the card, or perhaps a crack on a sealed case, we will disclose that in the description and the price of the card will be reduced accordingly. We also price these cards based on the current condition. So please check photos carefully before purchase
Can I return a card I purchased from the gallery, and how does the return process work?
Cards purchased from our gallery come with our 3 day inspection policy. You have 3 days from receiving the card to initiate a return. If card from gallery is returned, we will inspect the card to confirm that the card is in the same condition as it was when it left our facilities before processing any refunds. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date, and initiated within 3 days of receiving the item. All returned items must be in original condition, with all original tags/ labels/cases attached.
Items sent for return must be protected when shipped. We will not accept the return if the card comes back in a different condition than what appears on the photos of the website.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and mail your return according to the guidelines provided.
Please note, unless you are told otherwise, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
· Products that are damaged after they leave our control.
· Superfan packs where the package has been opened
We do our best to ship the products in a safe manor where the cards will be protected and in the same condition from the pictures on our website. In the unlikely scenario, for products received defective or damaged, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
